本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、Masanori Uesugi（以下「運営者」）が提供するiOSアプリ「Labely」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、ユーザーは本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
利用状況データには、感情の種類・強さ、きっかけ、メモ、録音内容、写真、ヘルスケアデータ、パスコードなど、ユーザーが本アプリに入力または保存した内容を含めません。広告目的での利用、広告のパーソナライズ、または他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキングは行いません。
取得した情報は以下の目的でのみ利用します:
利用状況の共有を有効にした場合、上記の利用状況データはGoogle LLCが提供するGoogle Analytics for Firebaseへ送信され、Googleのプライバシーポリシー等に基づいて処理されます。詳細は、Firebaseのプライバシーとセキュリティ、GoogleプライバシーポリシーおよびGoogleサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報のGoogleによる使用をご確認ください。
音声認識、iCloud同期およびヘルスケア機能の利用に伴うAppleへの情報の送信・処理については、Appleのプライバシーポリシー等が適用されます。その他、法令に基づく開示要請がある場合を除き、運営者がユーザーの個人情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。
利用状況の共有は初期状態では無効です。ユーザーは本アプリの「設定」>「データ・プライバシー」からいつでも有効または無効にできます。無効にすると、それ以降の収集を停止し、端末上のGoogle Analyticsの識別子および未送信データをリセットします。無効にする前に送信されたデータは自動的には削除されず、Google Analyticsで設定された保持期間およびGoogleのポリシーに従って保持・削除されます。
本アプリのデータ（気分の記録など）は端末内に保存され、ユーザーがアプリを削除した時点で破棄されます。iCloud を有効にしている場合、これらのデータは Apple の iCloud（CloudKit）を通じてユーザー自身のプライベートデータベースに同期され、端末間で共有されます。同期されたデータの管理・削除は iOS の設定または iCloud から行えます。運営者がこのデータにアクセスすることはありません。ヘルスケアデータは読み取りのみに利用し、Google Analyticsを含む運営者または第三者の分析サービスへ送信・保存することはありません。
本アプリは13歳未満の児童を主な対象としていません。13歳未満のユーザーから故意に個人情報を収集することはありません。万一、保護者の同意なく13歳未満から情報が収集されたことが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。
EU/英国の一般データ保護規則 (GDPR) およびカリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法 (CCPA) その他適用される法令に基づき、ユーザーはご自身に関する個人情報へのアクセス・訂正・削除・処理の制限・データポータビリティを求める権利を有します。これらの権利の行使、その他お問い合わせは下記の連絡先までお願いいたします。
情報の漏洩・改ざん・不正アクセスを防止するため、合理的な管理策を講じています。ただしインターネット上の通信および電子的保管に絶対的な安全はないことをご了承ください。

This Privacy Policy describes how Masanori Uesugi (the "Operator") handles user information in the iOS app "Labely" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Usage Data does not include the type or intensity of an emotion, triggers, notes, audio content, photos, Health data, passcodes, or other content you enter or save in the App. We do not use this data for advertising, ad personalization, or tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
We use collected information only for the following purposes:
If you enable Usage Data sharing, the Usage Data described above is sent to Google Analytics for Firebase, a service provided by Google LLC, and is processed under Google's applicable policies. For details, see Firebase Privacy and Security, the Google Privacy Policy, and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Apple's applicable privacy policies govern information sent to or processed by Apple when you use speech recognition, iCloud sync, or Health features. Except for these services and disclosures required by law, the Operator does not provide users' personal information to third parties.
Usage Data sharing is disabled by default. You can enable or disable it at any time under "Settings" > "Data & Privacy" in the App. Disabling it stops future collection and resets the Google Analytics identifier and unsent data on the device. Data sent before you disable sharing is not automatically deleted and is retained and deleted according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics and Google's policies.
App data (such as your mood records) is stored on-device and removed when you delete the app. If you enable iCloud, this data is synced across your devices through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) into your own private database. You can manage or delete synced data via iOS Settings or iCloud. The Operator does not have access to this data. Health data is used for reading only and is never sent to or stored by the Operator or any third-party analytics service, including Google Analytics.
This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
Under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below.
We apply commercially reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, however.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via App Store. The current version is always published at this URL.
