本プライバシーポリシーは、Masanori Uesugi（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Capty」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの皆様の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリは、カメラで美術作品をスキャンし、AI技術を活用してアーティストや作品に関する解説ストーリーを生成するサービスです。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリでは、以下の情報を収集・利用します。
（1）カメラで撮影した画像
美術作品のスキャン時に、カメラで撮影した画像を取得します。撮影した画像は、作品名・アーティスト名の認識（OCR）およびAIによる解説生成のために使用されます。画像はサーバー上に永続的に保存されることはなく、解析処理の完了後に破棄されます。
（2）利用状況データ
サービスの改善を目的として、Firebase Analyticsを通じて以下の利用状況データを自動的に収集します。
- 画面の閲覧履歴
- スキャンの実行回数・成功/失敗の情報
- ストーリー生成の利用状況
- デバイスの種類、OSバージョン
- アプリの利用時間
（3）匿名ユーザーID
本アプリでは、ユーザーを識別するためのIDを生成・利用します（現在は匿名IDを使用しています）。将来的に、機種変更時のデータ引き継ぎ等を目的として、ユーザーの任意の操作によりメールアドレス等を用いたアカウント連携機能を提供する場合があります。その際、入力された情報はアカウント管理の目的のみに使用します。
（4）購入情報
サブスクリプション（有料プラン）をご利用の場合、RevenueCatを通じて購入状態の管理を行います。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は、Apple（App Store）が管理しており、当社が直接取得することはありません。
（5）収集しない情報
本アプリは、位置情報、連絡先、写真ライブラリへのアクセスなど、スキャン機能に直接関係しない情報は収集しません。
2. AI技術の利用について
本アプリは、AIを利用して、撮影された美術作品の画像からアーティスト情報の特定および作品の解説ストーリーの生成を行います。

This Privacy Policy describes how Masanori Uesugi ("we", "our", or "us") handles user information in the Capty mobile application ("the App"). The App scans artworks with a camera and uses AI technology to generate explanatory stories about artists and artworks.
1. Information We Collect
The App collects and uses the following information:
(1) Camera Images
When users scan artworks, the App captures camera images. These images are used for OCR-based recognition of artwork and artist names and for AI-generated commentary. Images are not permanently stored on our servers and are discarded after processing is complete.
(2) Usage Data
To improve service quality, the App automatically collects usage data via Firebase Analytics, including:
- Screen view history
- Number of scan attempts and success/failure status
- Story generation usage status
- Device type and OS version
- App usage duration
(3) Anonymous User ID
The App generates and uses an identifier to distinguish users (currently an anonymous ID). In the future, we may provide optional account-linking features (for example, by email) to support data migration across devices. Any such information will only be used for account management.
(4) Purchase Information
If you subscribe to paid plans, subscription status is managed through RevenueCat. Payment information such as credit card details is handled by Apple (App Store) and is not directly collected by us.
(5) Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect information unrelated to the core scan feature, such as precise location data, contacts, or photo-library data.
2. Use of AI Technology
The App uses AI to identify artist information from captured artwork images and to generate explanatory stories about artworks.
